Tiziano Valentini
Ty Valentini managed the Menaggio Youth Hostel for nearly 20 years. His cooking became famous amongst his large clientelle nearly immediately! People arrived year after year, from all over the world, not only to see the beauty of Lake Como, but also to eat Ty's famous food that they had heard so much about. Rick Steves, a well-known American journalist, dedicated a portion of one of his travel episodes to Ty's great cooking! Finally, Ty has realized his dream, of opening a restaurant on Lake Como.
